What’s in it for you?

We incorporated on 15th May 2002, making yesterday MRDs 14th birthday!

Neither the property or finance industries are known for their continued care for and support of clients long after a transaction is over; but that is the reputation MRD has earned over 14 years.

So, I’d like to thank my team for the authenticity and commitment they demonstrate daily in finding solutions and outcomes that are in our client’s best interest.

Every MRD team member adds individual value to the ‘overall mix’, making us a business property investors want to do deal with and voluntarily refer family and friends to.

A special thank you goes out to Wendy, our contracts administrator.

Wendy is now in her 10th year with MRD and has given so much to so many. If you’ve purchased investment property through us since January 2007 you would have experienced Wendy’s tireless support firsthand.

Last Wednesday’s webinar with two panel experts was put on to explain the impact the proposed changes announced in the federal budget will have on you.

Those changes are largely to superannuation and how it’s taxed as well as personal and business taxation.
We also discussed some of the ‘ever changing’ lending landscape affecting homeowners and investors alike.

If we haven’t reviewed your existing financing arrangements in recent months, there’s a pretty real chance you’re paying more than you need to.
